Video Production of My Research

Please watch my video production of the Saugeen Band's claim to Sauble Beach. To see the information visually will give you a better understanding of the information. I have produced a number of options for whatever time you would like to put into understanding this boundary dispute better.

**For best viewing results, watch videos in full screen and on a device that is bigger than a phone.**

The video below is the most up-to-date version I have produced and most likely the best representation of the information available

If you only have time for the most simplest of explanations, watch this video which is under five minutes. This will still give you a fairly good understanding of the main points.

If you have the time and have no understanding of the landclaim at all, watch the video below.

Full Version: Running time; 1:33:52

If you would like to watch the full version above and do it in two chunks, I have split the information into two separate videos: Part 1&2 and Part 3&4.

Part one explains the 1855 draft map, the main piece of evidence the Saugeen Band declare supports their claim. I first show how their argument seems reasonable on the surface, but through closer examination the map reveals more problems for their claim then it supports.

Part two explains how no one has researched the Copway Road Amendment to find that the measurement from the amended western boundary to Main Street Sauble Beach also equals 9 1/2 miles. With this revelation the Saugeen Band's argument is irrelevant.

For best results, watch this production in full screen

Part 1 and 2: Running time; 43:37

Part 3 describes the evidence Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada claim to be corroborating evidence of the Saugeen Band's claim. I present an argument that gives a different point of view.

Part 4 is my story and what I have been through for the last twenty-seven years.

Part 3 and 4: Running time; 50:30

I have also produced a short overview and summary of the videos I have produced. If you would like to just get a feel for what the land claim is about and why it should be dismissed this is a good first option if you would like something a little more than just five minutes.

Overview and Summary: Running time; 17:06
